Using the East Meets West website signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions which may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or liable to a delay.

Changing Your Order
Should you wish to change your order please notify us within 24 hours of the original order.

Please email us directly to make such changes at info@east-meets-west.eu. An administration charge may be payable if goods have been despatched already.

Delivery Charges
Please allow up to 7 days for the delivery of items ordered from the East Meets West website. Delivery charges vary depending on the weight and materials of products ordered and we regret cannot be refunded.

Please note that all heavy items and some fragile goods may incur higher delivery charges but these will be notified to you by email or telephone in advance of despatch for your approval.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and we will email you again to confirm despatch. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Delays
Occasionally, the manufacture of your goods may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Returns
If you wish to return any unused item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and return it to the address provided on your invoice within 10 days of receipt.

Please ensure that you enclose the Parcel Summary document sent with the parcel. All goods are returned at the customer's expense and we regret that postage charges are non-refundable.

Substitution
If an item you have ordered is no longer available or liable to a delay, we will supply a suitable substitute of the same or a higher value, unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive a substitute product. We will attempt to inform you of the substitution whenever possible.

User Obligations
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, without limitation, by:

• Accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorised to access,
• Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation,
• Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the website, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mail bombing" or "crashing", or
• Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership username and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration whether or not authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify East Meets West of any unauthorised use of your registration or password.

All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes, but excluding the cost of delivery.

Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that any monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
